A Perpetual Blend of Golden Sour Beers Aged in Oak Barrels with Honey, Pears & Muscat Wine Grapes
It’s a wine-perry-mead beer!
We fermented out a mix of muscat wine grapes, local honey, and pear juice and blended this with the Perpetual Motion Machine barrel from our taproom, which has been an ongoing solera-style blend of beers since 2019. The resulting elixir is strong yet soft, tart, floral and winey, showcasing flavours from four complementary fermentations.
