A Blend of Red and Golden Sour Beers Aged in Oak Barrels With Plums, Figs, Apricots and Spices.

As a child, he was fascinated by The Nutcracker - in particular, The Dance of
The Sugar Plum Fairy was his favorite. Thanks to his graceful technique,
he remains undefeated in the ring! Also unchallenged.

We choreographed this beer from an experimental plum flanders red and then
partnered it with a golden beer that was drowning in so much poached fig and apricot, that the sweet syrup kept seeping from the barrel!  A traditional blend of sugar plum spices (toasted fennel, anise, cardamom and caraway) completed this festive treat!
