A Blend of Golden Sour Beer and Cider Aged in Oak Barrels with Haskaps, Raspberries, Spruce & Clove
We sourced some fresh pressed apples almost a year ago and since we are not a cidery, we blended this with a barrel of a golden sour beer and aged further on second-use haskaps from All The Best Hats and raspberry. For a festive mulled twist, we dosed in some spruce tips and cloves just before bottling.
